Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers (Stovetop Method)
If you’re tired of plain ol' turkey burgers, these spinach and feta turkey burgers are a game-changer! The feta adds a bold, briny flavor, and the patties cook up fast with a crisp, golden crust from pan-searing. No grill required!

Servings: 6
- 1 pound ground turkey 85-93% lean
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- ⅔ cup crumbly feta cheese
- ⅓ cup shredded white onion
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Add all the turkey burger ingredients (except the olive oil) to a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix until everything is fully combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
Divide the mixture into 6 evenly sized portions and shape into patties about ¾ inch thick.
Add the olive oil to a large skillet (nonstick or cast iron works best) and heat over medium heat until the oil is shimmering.
Place the patties in the hot skillet, leaving a little space between each one. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until they’re deeply golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Transfer the cooked burgers to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps the juices redistribute.
Serve on buns, over greens, or with your favorite sides.
- I serve these turkey burgers in all kinds of ways: in a burger bun, over a pile of greens, or alongside a couple of easy sides, like sweet potato fries or potato salad.
