Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over low to medium heat. Add the ground beef. Use a spatula to break up the ground beef into crumbles while it's cooking. Let the beef fully cook until it's no longer pink in the middle.
When the beef has finished cooking, drain the fat from the skillet. Return the beef to the pan. Mix the ketchup, yellow mustard, relish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the ground beef. Remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.
Use a long, sharp, bread knife to slice the Hawaiian rolls open. You need to slice them open horizontally so that all the rolls stay connected together. When the Hawaiian rolls are sliced open, you'll be left with a layer of connected tops and a layer of connected bottoms.
Place the bottom half of the rolls onto your parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread half (4 ounces) of the shredded cheddar cheese onto the bottom half of the rolls.
Top the shredded cheddar with the cooked ground beef mixture.
Top the ground beef with the remaining 4 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese.
Place the top layer of rolls onto the cheeseburger sliders. Spread a dab of softened butter onto each roll. Sprinkle the tops of the rolls with sesame seeds.
Transfer the cheeseburger sliders to your preheated oven. Bake the sliders for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing apart. Serve and enjoy!
