Air Fryer Frozen Turkey Burgers

Take your turkey burger from frozen solid to fully cooked and ready to eat, in under 15 minutes! Air Fryer Frozen Turkey Burgers are incredibly easy to make and can be eaten with an unlimited number of toppings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1-4 frozen turkey burger patties
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional burger toppings - lettuce, tomato, onion, buns, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer for 3 minutes at 370° F.
  2. Place the frozen turkey burgers in a single layer in the bottom of your air fryer basket. 
  3. Air fry for 13 minutes at 370°F, flipping halfway through cooking time.  Season the turkey burgers with a pinch of salt and pepper on both sides, right before you flip them. 
  4. After 13 minutes of cooking, remove the turkey burgers from the air fryer and check that the internal temperature of the turkey burgers has reached at least 165°F.  Continue cooking for 1 minute at a time if needed.  
  5. Serve your burgers on a bun and top with any of your favorite toppings!  

Notes

  • You can spray each side of your frozen turkey burgers with cooking spray if you are worried about them sticking.
  • Melt cheese on your turkey burgers by placing the cooked burgers back into the air fryer.  Turn the air fryer off and top each burger with a thin slice of cheese.  Leave the burgers in the warm air fryer (with the air fryer turned off) for 1-2 minutes to let the cheese melt.
  • Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook your turkey burgers in multiple batches.
