Teriyaki Turkey  & Rice Bowls


Teriyaki Sauce, Ground Turkey, Broccoli, Carrots, Peas, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, & Sriracha

Step 1

Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Cook until soft and fragrant.

Step 2

Add the ground turkey and cook until the turkey is cooked through and no longer pink. Add the ground ginger and the sriracha sauce and mix until well combined.

Step 3

Add the broccoli, carrots, and frozen peas. Mix and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables have softened.

Step 4

Add the cooked brown rice and stir until the rice is fully incorporated into the turkey and vegetables.

Step 5

Pour the teriyaki sauce over top of the turkey, veggies, and rice, and mix until fully combined. Garnish your Teriyaki Turkey Rice Bowl with chopped green onions, and enjoy!
