Marinated Vegetable Salad

You need the fresh veggies and marinade ingredients shown below!

You can substitute in your favorite veggies if needed!  As long as you have at least 10 cups of fresh vegetables, then you're good to go.

Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, Dijon, fresh herbs and seasonings to make the marinade.

Add all of the fresh chopped vegetables and the marinade to a large bowl.  Mix to combine.
