Bell Pepper, Carrots, Zucchini, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, Parsley, Basil, Olive Oil, Vinegar, Honey, Dijon, Garlic, Salt, & Pepper

Chop your veggies into bite-sized pieces. You want them small enough to bite into,
not
big chunks.

Whisk the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a small mixing bowl.

Step 3
Transfer your chopped veggies to a large mixing bowl. Pour the marinade over top of the veggies and mix until the vegetables are thoroughly coated.

Cover the mixing bowl and let the raw vegetables and dressing
chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour
. After 1 hour, serve, and enjoy!
