Chicken, Butter, Honey, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce, Rice Vinegar
Liberally season the chicken breast chunks with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the chicken in a hot skillet in a single, even layer. Let the chicken brown on all sides, and cook until done. This will take about 8-10 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking make the honey garlic sauce by whisking the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sweet chili sauce in a small bowl.
Pour the honey garlic sauce into the pan with the chicken. Let the sauce come up to a simmer. Once simmering, add the cornstarch slurry.
Remove from the heat and serve Honey Butter Garlic Chicken over white or brown rice and enjoy!
