Grilled Chicken & Shrimp Kabobs

with Lemon Greek Marinade

Chicken and shrimp kabobs are made using only a handful of common ingredients!

First, you'll make your marinade with the olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice and seasonings.

After you've let the chicken and shrimp marinade for about 1 hour, you'll drain the marinade and put the shrimp and chicken onto skewers.

Place the shrimp skewers onto a hot grill!  I like to start with the shrimp because they cook really fast.

Flip the shrimp halfway through cooking time.  Once they're cooked, remove them from the grill and place the chicken skewers onto the grill!

Let the chicken cook for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.

Serve chicken and shrimp skewers for your next summer dinner, backyard cookout or family BBQ!  They are excellent alongside macaroni salad, potato salad or any other summer side dish.
